Sangha Yoga is right downtown Kalamazoo on the walking Mall. The studio's director, Karina Ayn Mirsky, designed these nights specifically to address the challenges of college life: stress, anxiety, depression, self-confidence, mental focus, motivation, as well as physical, mental, and emotional health. These challenging, fun and stress reducing classes aim to support the financial needs of students too. See what it's like to practice yoga in an authenic yoga studio!

K-College - PED 086 Credit Classes
CLASS SECTIONS:
Mondays: 9pm-10pm - Restorative Yoga - (w/ Ann B )
This class is very relaxing and nurturing. Poses are done lying on the floor supported by props. Ann will tuck you in...YUM.
Tuesdays: 8pm-9:15pm - Hatha/Vinyasa (w/ Karina)
This class is taught by Sangha's Director, Karina Mirsky. You'll work out both your body and mind in this popular class (see more details in the next section below).
Thursdays: 8pm-9:15pm - Hatha/Vinyasa (w/ Jerry G )
This class is very similar to the Tuesday section. Learn beginning vinyasa flow in a nice warm and darkroom. A great workout with a deep relaxation and short mediation at the end.
PED 086 COURSE FEE
Kalamazoo College PED 086 classes are $65 for the ten week semester. All K-College, off site classes are payable to the site "instructor." For these classes at Sangha Yoga, we accept cash or check only. Payment is due the 1st week of class.
REGISTRATION
Students enrolled in these courses will be eligible for Kalamazoo College Physical Education credit. In order to receive credit, you must register with the K-College Registrar.

ARRIVAL
~ Directions to the studio can be found on the Location page of this site.
~ Please arrive 15 minutes early on the first day to complete registration.
~ We start promptly at 8:00pm - please arrive early enough for each class to get set up.
WHAT TO BRING
~ Wear comfortable work out clothes that will stretch with your body.
~ Bring your own mat if you have one. Props are available, but on first come first serve basis.
~ Keeping a journal for this class is recommended. Bring a note book.
ATTENDANCE
~ Be sure to sign in for ever class to receive full credit.
~ 2 absences are allowed for full credit. Make up classes can be done through any section offered at Sangha Yoga anytime during the 10 week term.
