InterPlay®

InterPlay is a practice of improvisational body wisdom co-created over the last 25 years by master dancer-theologians Cynthia Winton-Henry and Phil Porter. Interplay is a great way to unwind and express yourself, whatever you're carrying, however you are. Through gentle, incremental steps that guide us to our own centers, we'll play with moving, storytelling, sound, and stillness. No prior experience necessary, wear comfortable clothes.

Last Friday of each month. (see Events Schedule)
