TranscenDance

TranscenDance is an intuitive, playful, evocative and often exhilarating (movement) experience. It is rooted in  "surrender" - letting go of everything that disturbs one's inner silence and  balance. It offers a mix of chanting, yoga flow, ecstatic/trance dance and  exploratory free-form dance, all set to an alchemy of inspiring, world  music.  It is designed to liberate and align with one's "inner  dancer", exploring the authentic self and reconnecting with an innate state  of joyous well-being!

TranscenDance is a magical, mystery tour, an inner journey of self-exploration through movement and breath. It weaves a rainbow of color through an organic chakra flow of unwinding and opening into a trance-inspired, creative awakening of the transcendent "soul in motion", connecting with one's body wisdom and the sacred heart. Come celebrate a lightness of BE-ing as you blissfully bring your "inner child" out to play and discover the "secret of the stars" ~Isabella

Wr practice barefoot. No previous dance experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for for movement. Move at your own pace. Bring water, a large, colorful scarf, bandana and an open heart!
