Dear Friends and Students,
Thank you for your dedication to Sangha Yoga and to my classes. In addition to directing our studio, I am now a falcuty member of the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, and an adjunct professor at Antioch University. I'm also teaching yoga regularly in other states and countries. These are all wonderful opportunities for me to serve a larger community however, they require that I am frequntly away from home.
I hope you'll check my calendar below regularly and join me in the classroom as often as you can. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us.
