6AM Yoga Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6am - 7:15am
Wake up your body and mind in this invigorating morning yoga experience. This class is the perfect way to center yourself for the day ahead. We'll breathe deep, stretch out, and build strength.
This class is designed for both beginning and intermediate yoga students. Many athletes, runners and downtown professionals find tremendous benefit from starting thier day the YOGA WAY!
- All levels welcome in this Intermediate paced class
- Changing and bathroom facilities available at Sangha Yoga
- Shower facilities are available next door at The Fitness Spot.
Thursday Morning Meditation: 7:15am - 7:45am
