Para Yoga Morning Practice Intensives

Part of the 200 Hour Teacher Training Program which is open to the public to drop into.
Each of these three hour workshops will focus on a specific intention for yoga practice.
These session will offer:

  • Intricate alignment instruction of postures (asanas)
  • The names and categories of yoga poses, and their physiological and energetic purposes
  • Asana, pranayama and meditation sequences which are conducive to the time of day and level of practitioner
  • The therapeutic use of posture, imagery, breath and meditation for a variety of inflictions.

Exploring yoga beyond asana alone, these sessions will take us deep into the purification and transformational aspects of Tantric Hatha Yoga including: kriyas, mantra chanting, bandhas, pranayama and dhyana (meditation).
