What does "sangha" mean?
Sangha, pronounced (SAHNguh), means a healthy, like minded community. - Sangha Yoga is primarily a Para Yoga studio; however it is more than a yoga studio alone. We are a community of yoga practitioners, spiritual seekers, healers, teachers, and like-minded folks who come together to practice the rich, holistic science and spiritual system of Yoga.
