These classes are taught by graduates and current trainees of the Sangha Yoga Teacher Training program (SYTT). These 75 minute classes include warm ups, vinyasa flows, standing poses, balancing postures, mild inversions, floor postures and meditation. Come support our student teachers and be supported by them! Offered on donation. Level 1 class, beginners welcome.
