Collective Healing with Karina Mirsky, MA, ERYT
Collective Healing is a term used in social justice. It acknowledges that individuals with certain shared experiences can benefit from healing together. Collective Healing activities aim to support and empower people to develop their own skills and capacities to enable healing in their communities, families and within themselves.
We all share the hardship of living through the COVID-19 crisis. Healing is in tending to our physical bodies, mental health, and souls. Healing is accessing our own inner resources and resilience. Healing is in meaningful connection...
Join Karina and community online, once a month for a unique Mind/Body healing experience. All welcome. These events are on-donation. Pay Karina what you can for her time; your generosity will be paid forward.
