Meditation for Emotional Regulation
Six-Month Group Coaching Program
with Karina Ayn Mirsky, MA, ERYT
In all our years of education, we were never taught skills to manage our emotions, responses to stressful situations or challenging relationship dynamics. This group coaching program is designed to be that education. Here you will learn invaluable tools to:
Increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence
Understand your feelings & reactions better
Gain conscious control over your emotions & nervous system
Each session will involve group sharing and processing. Karina will use Yoga Mindset Coaching tools like reflective listening and Parts Work to support individuals sharing in the group. Each meeting will offer a Meditation practice and other homework activities for that month.
Must be an adult, age 21+
Six month commitment (no drop ins)
Must have access to internet and Zoom
Attendance at all live sessions is strongly encouraged
Meetings will be video recorded if you miss one
Monthly homework assignments will be given
Minimum # of participants is 8
Maximum # of participants is 14
Live Meetings: Oct 2021-March 2022
We will meet via Zoom one Thursday per month
Meeting Time: 6:30-8:30pm EST

Making the Investment
This is an intimate closed group. Participants will be making a commitment to themselves, and the wellbeing of the members of the program. We only want those whose hearts are fully invested in this process to participate.
