Big Mind / Big Heart
Personal & Professional Development with Karina Mirsky
Wednesday, March 23rd
7:30-8:30pm EST
The Big Mind/Big Heart exercise is a group dialogue process created by Zen Buddhist teacher, Genpo Roshi. Karina learned it from her Internal Family Systems (IFS) mentor, Tom Holmes, PhD. She been leading it herself since 2008.
The Big Mind exercise cultivates compassionate awareness for all the aspects of ourselves that work really hard to manage and cope with life's circumstances. It also yields a profound experience of the clear, calm, compassionate and confident center of Self.

In this Online Event...
Participants will learn how to distinguish between the voice of the True Self and the multiplicity of other voices, or "parts" of the ego-mind which are identified with our experiences, beliefs, roles and responsibilities. When we listen to and compassionately support the parts of the ego-self from the True Self, we can let go of fear and self-doubt, change unwanted habits, and access more clarity, peace and personal empowerment.
Many participants report that this simple exercise has given them radical new self-understanding and self-acceptance, and that is the most effortless way they have ever reached a meditative state. ~ Don't miss this rare opportunity!
